Error with Train Tunnels/Links

Hello I run DynamicPVP and it is giving me a warning there is an issue with the TrainTunnels/Train Links could you please check on this I think its potentially causing server stalls when trains pass this point. I'm guessing a linkage or tunnel could be broken somewhere?

Yes I use ZoneManager paired with DynamicPVP.
