Yep, this is normal. It's just the scuba gear that was spawned in for you. We don't want players taking it for recycling to profit. We also don't want to push it back into your (maybe) full inventory.

Let me know if this bothers you. Maybe we can find a better solution.

Its all good I just have not noticed this before so I was curious. It seems to work fine right now so all good no changes needed
