Events Not Starting

Some of the events don't start due to the EM plugin not finding the command. 

Which doesn't make any sense. I copy and pasted the commands straight from CF descript page of the plugins

These are just the examples, there's more. I have to unfortunately go through each and every one again.

Hi. We'll fix it!

Hi Guys had to uninstall it. Works fine then doesn't after 6am restart then have to reload plugin to fire it up again then seems to bug out again after that. Not sure if I am doing something wrong. All I want is events not to start until X amount are people are on. Can someone please give me a simple clear tutorial, I'm pretty stupid.
