Vendor Fridge Safes Have No Loot

Our Nightmare and Hard Convoys have no loot in the vendor vehicle fridge safes.  I have tried making a loot table in AlphaLoot and applied it but it is still not getting loot in those containers.  I edited the config file to use AlphaLoot for those containers and put in the table file name that is in the data loot table folder on the server.  It has been having this trouble since the plugin stopped using Loot Manager. Thank you for any help and advice!
