Hi trying to find the loot in the bases to adjust them, as it is, it to be honest in not good,  
 So if there is a way to adjust it could you point me in that area, please

Hello, for base loot adjustments you can use the Raidable Bases & Boats Loot Editor:
https://codefling.com/tools/raidable-bases-boats-loot-editor

If you need to move, add, or remove crates physically inside the base, you will need to use the FORTIFY program on Steam.
