cannot collect weed

gave the permissions to default group, changed drop rates to 1, changed minimum H count to 0 for a 100% chance to get weed and it is not letting me gather any

Possible problems could be:

• Did you harvest at RIPE state?
• Did you plant the hemp in a planter box?
• If you changed the biome mask you can gather only in the specified biome

You misconfigured the drop rates. As the config says 1 = 100% so 50% would be 0.5. Everything over 1 will not work.
