Ever since I added DeepSeaCargo Event I have a stuck cargo ship

Ever since I added DeepSeaCargo Event I have a stuck cargo ship as shown in the screenshots. I cannot reach it even with noclip as its out of map bounds. But it just sits there

Did you change any convars related to deep sea or are you using a plugin like DeepSeaOptions?

The only Server Convar I use is "playerboat.maxblockcount 360". Not exactly deep sea related but related to the boats. I also only use BoatControl Plugin related to the deepsea. I don't use any other deep sea related plugins.
