Duplicate Get Code bot post after restart

Hello, sometimes after a restart, even though the Get Code bot is already in the channel, a new Get Code bot post appears again on a random server. It is rare and happens about once every one or two months.

It is not a serious issue. I just delete the previous Get Code post, but I wanted to let you know.
