The elevators are not working

The elevators aren't working; I don't even see the action displayed when I look at the switch.

I switched to noclip to try the rest, and I activated the three switches to reach the large room. doors open, but they close before the timer set by the timed crates.
So the elevator is inaccessible, and it's impossible to loot the crates.
Now I'll wait and see if I can get out, but it doesn't look promising.
This plugin isn't finished; it shouldn't be sold like this.

To get back down, the elevator works, but a second elevator is in place, which prevents access to the top floor and blocks the exit.
