Stopped working after the big update on Feb 5th .

It looks like you may have opened the support ticket under the wrong section. The bases are not affected by the update, as we actively use all of them ourselves and there are currently no issues on our side. If the problem is related to a plugin, you’ll need to contact the plugin’s support team directly.
