Pve player base can be damaged

So I am set as PVE and the player inside the base is also PVE yet I can damage their tool cupboard/doors etc with explosive rounds. Why is this? Shouldn't PVE players be blocked from damage from other PVE Players and also other PVP Players? Here is my config how can I fix this?

Its weird because some bases can be attacked but others cannot. In this screenshot it shows the player is a PVE Player yet I can still damage their base as a PVE player.

I also see this in my f1 console but I can still damage, but I see nothing in my server panel or logs

I might need some more info. Your config looks OK from what I can tell - it looks like you have it configured to only allow PVE players to attack NPC bases, which makes sense. In this case with PVE attacking PVE, I would not expect it to allow you to damage it. Initially, I think it might be one of the following issues:

• The player who owns the base is PVE, but if they have even just ONE PVP player authed on it - it will be considered a PVP base. Even if this was the case though, you still shouldn't be allowed to damage a PVP base if you are PVE based on your config rules.
• If you have another PVE plugin or any plugin that has logic to block damage (like TruePVE for example) its very possible that it may be conflicting with WarMode. If so, you need to make sure you configure all PVE plugins to not interfere with each other.
• There could be a bug - perhaps FacePunch changed the way explosive damage works and it may require a fix. I will see if I can rule this out.

Okay, so I just attempted to reproduce the issue, I even loaded up your config you provided. As a PVE player, I attempted to shoot another PVE players toolcupboard using explosive rounds - and it did not do damage to the tool cupboard or anything else. So that seems to be working as intended.

So I'm thinking in your case its probably the second bullet point that I mentioned - do you have any other PVE plugins on your server like TruePVE or anything like that?
