Ladders are blocked

After updating to the newest version this morning, a few players have mentioned they are getting errors when attempting to use ladders: Ladders are blocked and ladders require building privilege. The config is set with

"Allow Players To Build": true,
"Allow Players To Use Ladders": true,

I am not 100% it worked before the update but Im pretty sure it was. I can switch back to check, but also wanted to check if there was a config change that needs to be set that Im not seeing.

Fixed `Allow Players To Use Ladders` compatibility with `Require Cupboard Access To Place Ladders`

hi, i believe i've found the issue and fixed in next update. will release it once i fix other minor issues too

Can we get an ETA on this fix going live?  my players are frustrated not being able to place ladders on some of the bases.  Makes them much harder....

@TheProfessorsorry for the delay but there are currently bugs that must be resolved before I can release the update. I am unable to reproduce one major bug so I do not have an ETA yet but I'd hope it to be within a week if at all possible
