No map marker for event and not spawning

Currently there is No Map Marker for the event so can't see where it is and I also checked everywhere and it will not spawn.

Can we also have chat messages instead of big banner on everyones screen? ❤️ Would be a good config option for those who want to only enable chat messages.

Included my config, I spawned it and we get messages but no event appears anywhere
