Stuck on second day milestone

HI i seem to have  a isse with daily rewards stuck on second day milstone. See images for current config and attached config file.

just checking if you can help me with this?

PLease asssit me with configuring this so the rewards are daily , and not blocked at reward one.

i have attached config file from carbon/configs folder

and then also from data/daily rewards

Is it possible i may have made a mistake with format ?

Server is GMT +2 South Africa

I want players to join each day for one hour and then get a reward level according too how many consecutive days they have logged in.
