Admins found more Bugs

1. Can Build underwater and breath underwater glitch at AD13
2. Vault 76 K11 you cannot build in two of the rooms, please make it buildable like the rest of the areas.
3. K17 gird bunker, there is no way to open the 2nd vault door. unless it is intended to be like this, have checked the whole outer area and find nothing relating to opening it.
4. AB19 vault 101. the main corridor and big area can be built in, but the 2 side rooms cannot

My Admins are doing a deep testing now and will report back if any more bugs when I wake up sleepy time. Thanks for the fixes this should help others who purchase the map as well.

- That damn water is always causing problems. I'm so tired of fixing this. Facepunch updates something and breaks everything. Ugh. I removed that part of the water. The K17 bunker doors are just decorative; if you use Vanish, you'll see there's nothing behind them. And vault 101 is designed so nobody can block it. You can place boxes and beds, but you can't build anything. You can put a door to close it, but not to block it. All of this is designed to prevent bunker abuse.

Anyway, I've removed them so you can do whatever you want. I have to work and I have a long shift. If it's not to your liking when you start it on your server, I'm sorry, but I can't do any more. There are only a few hours in a day, and I wish I could work more.
