Still having issues

Closed 1.0.6

Hi, turrets still don't target players wearing jetpacks even with the latest version.

Also, the player can still disable the jetpack while flying if they just swap out the clothing item even if the value in the settings is set to not allow them to take it off while flying. People are just flying over people's bases and then dropping in on them.

Would it be possible to allow different cooldown options for various oxide groups?

For example I would like to allow all users to be able to use givejetpack command but for non vip the cooldown would be an hour, for vip1 it would be 45, for vip2 30, for vip3 1 minute.

Also, sam sites do no damage in the current version. They still barely hit the player but when they do, they don't deal any damage.

That's not what this command is for. It is more for testing the jetpack. You can add an item from the config to any kits plugin

Ok thanks, any idea why turrets aren't doing any damage and sam sites don't work?

Strange. Do you have a pve server?

Nope a PVP server. Players also can't seem to shoot players while they are wearing a jetpack unless they are super close. It's like the colliders are protecting them or something weird.

I run a battlefield server, so I am getting a lot of complaints about the jetpack being overpowered because of the issues with it.

They love the jetpacks, just now how overpowered they make someone lol.

Sorry it took so long. The solution to the problem was not easy. Update it to the latest version and check if the problem remains

Hi, turrets do attack the player now, and players wearing them can be shot by other players easier but not 100% but it's definitely better.

The Sam sites will only hit the player if they are stationary, if they are moving around at all they still don't get hit. It's like the SAM site is targeting where the player was a second or two ago not where they are currently.

Thanks

To do this, I added a parameter that increases the speed of missiles. There's nothing else I can do. This is a  rust problem
