Plugin broken

As @Basti Ell mentioned, it's broken and I see you haven't replied back to this person in nearly a month.

Please can you fix this? I'm requesting refund but I would love to buy this again once it's working

I just had to create new support ticket as apart of refund process - but if you can resolve this soon then no need for refund.
