Config blacklist duplication bug

I hadn't looked at my BankCell config in like a year until someone mentioned they could not place scrap or aks in their /bank. I ended up finding 400 lines of AK and Scrap words repeating for some reason. Like the plugin itself made some massive config file of the same item names repeated. See attached for config
