Skill Tree Icons not fit screen.

On the talent tree sections of Medical, Combat, Build Craft, and Scavenging the 5th icon for selecting talents doesn't show completely, just a thin bar.  Is the UI size shrunken? Will there be a fix for those talent icons to be seen better?
