How to change button colors ?

Wanna change all orange button elements to red but i can not seem to figure it out.

I managed to change the colors on the editing page for the items and the category editing but i got no clue what part changes all the orange elements on the main shop overlay. 

Want every "orange" element seen in the picture to be (red.)
