Scrollbars in Basket not working correctly.

 As you add items to the cart, the list fills up until it's behind the total/buy panel.  The scrollbars kick in when it's full and the panel resizes to put the bottom of the cart at the top of the total/buy panel. If this has already been covered somewhere, or I've missed something obvious (likely 🙂 ), I apologize. Good work on all your plugins!meventshop.png.39ec869f6ed484d670855f2042298f82.png
