Can we get default and VIP permissions for building blocks foundations/walls?

Hello before you told me if anything changed you could add this feature. It looks like Facepunch changed some things. Would it please be possible to add a Default Group and a VIP Group so default players would get normal foundation/wall health and the VIP group could get 2x Health foundations/walls?
