Skins scrambled across items and icons...

Very strange behavior suddenly happening today... icons for skins are all jumbled up with other items' skins. See attached for an example of what shows up in L96 skins. We have not changed any configs or skin lists today. (Edit to add these are workshop skins only.)

Not sure what caused it, but I fixed this by uninstalling the game, clearing out the game folder and workshop folder in steamapps and reinstalling. I tried verifying file integrity within steam first but that didn't do it.
