NEW:

NPC loot seems to be working fine on the Test Server, but on the actual server the NPCs do not drop anything.

 

 

OLD:

Is it no longer possible to use loot crates as loot prefabs for NPCs? 

 

Like this: "assets/bundled/prefabs/radtown/crate_normal_2.prefab".  <---- I can't use that anymore?

You can provide one of your data files as an example and tell me your wishes? I will send you back the edited version, I think that for both of us, this will be the easiest way.
