Walls Decay

The walls that people place seem to decay. Everything else is fine, even door. Just walls for some reason are decaying that are placed down. 

Does this happen all the time?

Seems to happen pretty often. It's inconsistent with how it is from everything that I've seen or heard. Like maybe it's stone walls or it could be something like where just floors that are metal are decaying when the rest of the base is stone despite there being metal in tc. 

Also, I didn't get reports right off the rip for it when the plugin was first installed. So, my assumptions is that no one either noticed it or it was fine for a bit.
