Hello, are you talking about this command?

givepicklock {steamid} {amount}

Could you send me an example of how you tried to use it? It should be executed via the server console and look something like this:
 

givepicklock 76561198000000000 10

After entering it, a message about successful output will appear in the console:

[Picklock] Player PlayerName has been given a Picklock item (10 pieces)

It worked after I discovered I should make it as a console command , apologies I have forgotten to mention that it was solved
