Problem with server loading percentage

In the last update, the server percentage is always at 100, whether it's when the asset warmup isn't complete or when everything else is loading. It would be better if it were updated more accurately and showed the exact percentage.

since the server now starts the asset warmup significantly faster and that was the bulk of the percentage calculation is why it shows as 100% because it just loads so fast, if it bothers you i would suggest just changing the message to "Server starting up" or something similar without the percentage being shown
