Players exploit loopholes to permanently obtain ownership of events

For example, if a player uses L96 to shoot NPCs outside the black circle and obtains the ownership of an event, this ownership will not be limited by the 5-minute limit set in the configuration document. If a player does not enter the black circle, the ownership of this event will always belong to that player. The current situation is that some players often exploit this vulnerability to obtain ownership of events without participating, resulting in other players being unable to participate as well.
