Yield % not applied to Jackhammer, Chainsaw

Hello,

Currently it does not seem that the yield% bonus is applied to users with the appropriate skill points allocated when they are using either a jackhammer or a chainsaw. All other tools are working normally.

This has been resolved - my error. There are these options in the config file:
