"Broadcast start message to players?": true, not working

Hello, sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I'm not able to recreate this on the current version. In most cases when it's a one off issue it comes down to a conflicting plugin. Do you have anything that could be overriding the chat?

If you have many other plugins I would recommend disabling any around chat to see if you can pinpoint what may be conflicting. If you can pinpoint it, I can see if there's anything we can  do about making them play nice together.

Changed Status from Pending to Can't Reproduce
