Version older working well but latest version dead in a water

I forced to use older version, latest one permissions for monument portals use DEAD.

No portal...

that error revers to a null portal . so unload plugin . and delete if portals still persist before loading plugin again . i use newest and have no issues

nothing has changed sins aprill . so something happened yourside . 

No idea whats going on, even if i unload plugin, delete config file, upload latest version, reload plugin, it generates same config i had before and then cant use portals. but when i delete latest version and load older then it start working... Im losing my mind and cant understand

what you saying makes no sens ... i asked you to unload plugin . and see if portals are still there .... that is what your error shows .  . so please unload and do what i ask . then report back

when i unload plugin,  portals disappearing, when i load they appearing nut cant enter, when i try i see that error i write

supply ne your config . and what permissions is active for you in server . and is the server oxide or carbon
