can you make it to where wallpapers stay?

Someone else reported this earlier, and I haven't been able to reproduce it yet (I let the server run for a day and by basement wallpapers did not decay). If I can reproduce it, I might be able to find a solution, but I can't say for sure until then.

I do have this on the "known issues" list - I'll mark this as "cant reproduce" for now - but that doesn't mean I'm ignoring it! I'll mark it as fixed if I find a solution 🙂
