Plugin wont load error

Getting this error on the latest version and the plugin will not load

When I load it it says this but as soon as my server restarts it once again gives me the error for some reason. And does not fix until I manually reload again I don't get why.

I don't know the reason either.
I checked, it loads fine for me after restarting the server.
I made some minor changes in the last update. Try to test it.

Seems to be having the same issues after restart. Plugin won’t load and I’m using your latest version 

I’ll attach my config if you can see if there is a problem
