ZoneManager feature not re enabling runspeed when leaving

So when I enter my ZoneManager name I setup the MovementSpeed and it urns off as it should in that Zone. But when I run out of the zone my run speed is not re enabled. Even if I toggle /togglerun on and off then on again it still will not re enable. So it basically breaks the players run speed. Even f1 killing and respawning I could not get my run speed to work again.

Disconnecting from the server and reconnecting to the server was the only thing that allowed me to have my run speed back again

Can't really fix this without debugging what it's doing unfortunately.
