Players can use blocked commands in the Lobby and Arena

Here are my blocked commands list but I can still use /shop and /s for some reason and also /kit. Other players can as well. This list worked fine for me when I used to use Paintball and Survival Arena by you so not sure why the commands aren't blocking this time. I'll attack my entore config as well
