Error Loading plugin

I've got an issue loading the plugin after each restart every day.
I've got a modded server and over the last few weeks, perhaps since the carbon update, I've had an issue where the plugin doesn't load during startup.
Once the server is up and running, if I remove the plugin then add it back, it will load fine.  I am not sure if it is an order issue or what, but here is the error I am getting.


I've tried this on both of my servers and they both have this issue.  Both the server and Carbon are up to date.
Is this something you can help with or should I reach out to Carbon support?
