Military base recycler

Also Chinook never drops any locked crates on the map. IS it map related or smth else?

There are no default monuments that chinook can drop the crate at. I think It's possible to manually add the drop point at a custom monument in the map editor, but I haven't.

you think this plugin might help to drop it on light house or oil rigs? https://umod.org/plugins/chinook-drop-randomizer

I got no idea, never used that plugin. But why would you want the chinook to drop a crate on oil rig? There's already a locked crate there.
