Config Settings do not Persist

Ever since the second to last update changes that I make in the config do not stick. I download the .json fie direct from the server/FTP and all of my settings are correct, but the are not being applied in game. 

e.g. 

I have cliffs disabled and the prices in the market increased in the config, but when I open the UI in game cliffs are available and the prices are set to their default values.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Upload your config for me.

I have the same - cliffs disabled and market values changed, and the config settings have taken.
