Shows Old Data

Hey there!

The plugin works nicely after a reload, but it only works for an hour or so, before it shows OLD data as the team info, like it doesnt update the health/position of people.

Here is a picture of what i mean. My health is 45. it's been sitting at 54 on the UI for the last 30 minutes.
