I shoot the base but don't get owner.

Even when I shoot rockets at the outer walls or the main structure (walls, doors) of a Raidable Base, the "Owner" at the bottom right still shows as "None".
Could TruePVE be causing this?

it won't lock while using vanish or noclip though.

A friend of mine, who doesn’t have admin permissions, entered a Raidable Base as a test player and attacked it, but they weren’t registered as the owner.

The Vanish plugin is not installed.

Could this be caused by another plugin, or is it more likely due to a configuration mistake in RaidableBases.json?

hi, yes, you have the bases spawning as PVP

by default, PVP does not lock, "Bypass Lock Treasure To First Attacker For PVP Bases": true,

so either set that false, or enable converting to PVE instead which is what I recommend.
