no longer receive heli spawn announcement

ever since the 1.2.1 update, I no longer receive the announcement in chat when the patrol heli spawns. everything else works as expected (can vote, can kill the heli, etc) just no initial announcement about voting when the patrol heli first spawns. I have reverted to 1.2.0 in the mean time.

Does this include the messages after the Heli spawns?

I'll try to send an update for you to test later this evening. I think I know the issue but codefling is having issues with my file upload.

I'm not entirely sure if the follow-up chat messages were working or not, as I didn't leave the heli alive long enough to continue testing. I just noticed that I suddenly heard a patrol heli but never got the initial spawn message in chat. so, I killed it via the vote command and then manually spawned another (heli.call) and did not see the message then either. however, everything works, including the initial spawn message after reverting to 1.2.0.

Yea. I think it's a typo on my end. I tried to send a fix earlier here but kept getting errors. I'll try when I get home. Should be an easy fix if its what I think it is

Please try this version. It will reset config since I renamed an option.
