Add Buy Button (if there is no Permission)

Maybe a way to advertise certain shop items or kits for players with permission you can show something but only the buy button is greyed out or has like a red cross on it.

Then in config you could add Buy button (If there is no permission) config option

At the moment, this is not in the plugin due to the risks of plugin performance degradation. i will think what we can do in this direction...

I dont see how this would affect plugin performance? It's just one extra item in the shop?
