How to run commands as the player?

How to run commands as the player, that normally can't?
For example a spawn command that normally would need admin privileges, but in this case bypass the needed privileges and run the command for the player like its coming from the player.

You would need special command (from plugin) which would handle spawning and position for you. It's not possible to bypass restriction on admin commands.
