Could you make it so only the hardest event spawns?

I'd like to make it so only the hardest mode Cargo Convoy always spawns instead of the easier ones. Could you add this as a config option please?

Awesome I think this would be really helpful. and all other popular events plugins like armoredtrain and convoy use the method of a percent chance of which hardness will spawn. I just choose the hardest for 100% because we run 100x and battlefield servers. So easy modes are too easy for our servers.

The easy level can be adjusted to make it a nightmare.  Npc setting, turret setting door setting

Can I change its name though on map marker? To make it seem like a nightmare and will it have the 4 big tugboats though?
