Planes Taking Ages To Appear

When a supply is dropped, it takes up to 10 minutes for a drop to appear.
I messed around in the config a bit, to try speed up the planes, but it still takes ages

Also, when an airdrop is thrown, GUI Announcements will say the airdrop is landing 4 blocks away from the player. If I'm in grid N11, it will say the airdrop is in N6. I did check there to make sure the drops didn't miss their mark
They eventually do arrive, but after 10 long minutes

I did tweak the plane speed multiplier. Even went up to 10, but it made no difference.
I have reloaded the plugin everytime

I am using FancyDrop as well to speed up the vanilla drops for players.
What's the chances that could be causing issues?

Hello! To speed up, you need to decrease this value.

For example, if you want to speed up the flight of a plane by 70%, you need to set "Plane Speed multiplier" to 0.3
