Entities out of order

hello there is a problem with the map players are getting kicked and can not connect back  Entities Out Of Order: expected 20648, received 20649 when going near water treatment.

Kicks absolutely all players?

only some players the go close to the water treatment.

looking this up its looking like a rustedit problem so i am running some updates of rustedit and oxide just incase both did not update correct

I've seen something similar before, then a wipe solved the problem. I just checked that location on the map and didn't find any issues, if it doesn't happen to all players then it will be very hard to find the cause
