Unable to craft Hammer after rejoining server?

I noticed a bug where players couldn't seem to craft the hammer but only after joining the server. It took me around a week to test which plugin was causing the anomaly and whilst this mod is unloaded the issue stops. I can only imagine it's an issue of this plugin or a confliction with another (Which I cant find).

Attached is a list of my plugins.

Solved, setting the following in the config to false fixed this for me.

    "Enabled": false
  },

Changed Status from Pending to Closed
