permissions for looting (use) at the bases

it would be great if you had more settings for looting, e.g. ovens, repair tables, recyclers, lifting platforms, mailboxes, mail boxes, etc. that's not so great in the PvE area if everyone is blocked from such things

Could you elaborate more on what you requesting to be added?

yes that e.g. the neighbor base can also use my recycler or oven etc.

How would you suggest that a player is able to designate a friendly "neighbor" base, versus a neighbor they do not want to share stuff with?

everyone who is a pvE player should have access to the mailbox etc., just as setting points
