Cargo Bug (Potentially)

Used this map last wipe and had some issues with cargo getting stuck just before the Humber bridge and it would sit there until it de-spawned might be a me issue but just letting you know in-case any other reports of it come in  Also found that on some of the river, boats would pull to the side as if the tide was pulling them in and would cause tugs to beach alot. 

Loved the map and the detail put into it though!!
