Broken items in loot crates

Whenver i get a tool, gun or any placeable items they are broken in the loot box/crate.

I have installed the plugin right and removed the old files

Hello, please download the latest version from here https://chaoscode.io/resources/alphaloot.13/ and perform a clean installation.

Backup everything related to AlphaLoot in your config, plugins, data, and lang folders, then delete them (Alphaloot files).
Afterward, install the config and files you purchased from us onto the plugin you downloaded. Finally, restart the plugin or the server.
 

If the issue persists, it might be caused by an external plugin or a conflict. You may need to identify the plugin responsible.
